Sheet Metal Contracting
The isolated design means that the air duct of the sheet metal cabinet is isolated separately, so that the air cannot enter the cavity where the electrical components of the equipment inside the cabinet are located. This design method is usually used for reinforced sheet metal cabinet, and the dust-proof grade can reach IP6. The sealing part of the cabinet is designed through elastic sealing material and sealant. Forced air cooling is generally adopted for the heat dissipation design of the cabinet. Specifically, the heat generated by equipment operation is transmitted to the heat sink located in the air duct through the heat pipe. The fan in the air duct draws air from the outside to cool the heat sink. Using the design of isolating the air duct can avoid the damage of dust to equipment components, but after the cabinet is used for a long time, dust will still accumulate on the fins of heat sinks and fan blades in the air duct, so it needs to be cleaned regularly.
