Advantages of Fiber Laser Cutting

The electro-optical conversion efficiency of fiber laser can reach more than 30%. When the laser operates, it only needs electric energy and does not need to produce additional gas of laser, which has the lowest operation and maintenance cost; The low-power fiber laser does not need to be equipped with a water chiller and can be air-cooled, which can greatly save the power consumption during operation, save the operation cost and achieve the highest production efficiency.

The output wavelength of fiber laser is 1.064 μ m, which is 1 / 10 of CO2 wavelength. It has excellent cutting and welding ability, so as to minimize the processing cost. Its cutting speed is twice that of CO2 laser cutting machine with the same power.
